By downloading, installing, or using CyberGuardian, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the software.
CyberGuardian grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the CyberGuardian software on the number of Windows endpoints covered by your subscription plan:
You may use CyberGuardian only for lawful purposes. You must not:
CyberGuardian processes security telemetry from your endpoints. You retain ownership of all your data. We act as a data processor under GDPR. Full details in our Privacy Policy.
CyberGuardian provides compliance tooling to assist with NIS2 obligations. However, ultimate compliance responsibility rests with your organization. CyberGuardian is not a legal advisor and does not guarantee regulatory compliance outcomes.
CyberGuardian and all associated software, documentation, and branding are the exclusive property of CyberGuardian Security EOOD The MITRE ATT&CK framework is owned by The MITRE Corporation and used under fair use for security research purposes.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CyberGuardian shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. Upon termination, your license expires and you must uninstall the software. We will delete your data within 90 days of termination (except where retention is required by law).
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sofia, Bulgaria, or through binding arbitration if mutually agreed.
