Refund Policy

1. No Refund After Activation

Due to the digital nature of our product, all sales are final once the license key has been activated. By activating your license, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

2. Exceptions

We will issue a full refund in the following cases:

• The product does not function as described due to a verified technical error on our part
• Duplicate charge — you were charged more than once for the same order
• The license key was never delivered due to a technical failure

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under the exceptions above, contact us within 7 days of purchase at: support@cyberguardian.bg

Please include your order number, license key, and a description of the issue. We will respond within 48 hours.

4. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
